This 60-hour Maryland Real Estate Principles and Practice course is the course that you need to complete and pass in order to sit for the State licensing exam. The class will be held on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday for 3 consecutive weeks starting on Monday, April 30th and concluding on Thursday, May 17th. Cost: $255 (price includes registration and required book bundle). Upon registration, The Frederick Academy of Real Estate will contact you for payment.
