Finksburg, MD is located at the northernmost point of the Liberty Reservoir, about 30-miles from downtown Baltimore. This gives the town a rural atmosphere that attracts tons of homebuyers to the area.

It takes 40-minutes to drive to Baltimore, though it’s possible to take public transit into the downtown core. Residents often drive 15-minutes to the closest SubwayLink station in Owings Mills. From there, you can take the metro straight into town. This train journey takes around 40-minutes. It’s a great alternative for those who commute to the city for work.
