Teresa Cho

About
Teresa was born in Toronto, Canada, and grew up in Montgomery County, Maryland. She earned her BA in English from Andrews University before spending five years teaching English at a university in South Korea. Upon returning to Maryland, Teresa began her nearly 30-year real estate career on the legal side of the industry as a licensed settlement agent before transitioning into the mortgage lending side and, ultimately, becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2004. This well-rounded background gives her a unique understanding of the real estate transaction from contract to closing.
Throughout her career at Northrop Realty, Teresa has held a variety of key leadership and operational roles, including Creig Northrop's Senior Sales Partner, Director of Administration, Director of Lead Development, and nowDirector of Agent Development & Mentorship.
When she's not working with agents, Teresa enjoys cooking/baking, gardening, watching movies and K-Dramas, photography, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and their dog.
