Ryan Day is a full-time real estate agent with Northrop Realty serving Frederick County, Howard County, Carroll County, and the surrounding Maryland areas, including properties on the Eastern Shore. Specializing in helping buyers, sellers, and renters navigate the home-buying, selling, and rental processes with confidence, Ryan brings over 7 years of real estate experience along with a 25-year career as a federal IT Specialist. A lifelong Maryland resident, Ryan is a Howard County native and now a Frederick County resident, giving him deep-rooted knowledge of the local communities, neighborhoods, and market trends that matter most to his clients.
Known for clear communication and expert contract guidance, Ryan simplifies complex real estate transactions and ensures every detail is handled with precision. As a previous Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) with the Federal Government and recent Frederick Community College Paralegal Program Graduate, he provides clients with an added layer of protection when reviewing contracts, disclosures, leases, and negotiations. In his free time, Ryan enjoys hiking many of Maryland’s scenic Appalachian trails and is an avid scuba diver, holding the prestigious PADI Master Scuba Diver certification. He is also a passionate musician who plays drums, piano, and guitar, and has performed on stage with various local bands. His creativity, discipline, and attention to detail carry over into his real estate work—helping clients feel confident and supported every step of the way.
