Kippy brings more than 29 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a background spanning both residential and commercial sales. She is a licensed real estate agent and an Accredited Staging Professional, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration with a concentration in Pharmacy Practice. While her education and early career were rooted in healthcare, real estate has always been her true passion and continues to fuel her drive and enthusiasm. Prior to entering real estate, Kippy spent seven years as a flight attendant and instructor with Ryan International Airlines, an experience that allowed her to travel extensively and develop a strong foundation in service, communication, and leadership. As Director of Home Marketing at Northrop Realty, Kippy has had the opportunity to learn alongside some of the most accomplished and competitive agents in the industry. She thrives on guiding properties through the marketing process and finds the greatest satisfaction in seeing homes successfully positioned and sold. Outside of work, Kippy enjoys spending time with her two daughters, discovering new places, and embracing each day to the fullest.
