As a native Marylander, Kimberley brings a thorough understanding of our region’s neighborhoods and nuances to her work as a licensed REALTOR® for The Karla Pinato Team of Northrop Realty, A Long and Foster Company.  She uniquely blends her local knowledge with her business acumen and passion for real estate to ensure clients are always given the best service possible.

Prior to joining Northrop Realty, Kimberley worked in venue sales, hospitality, event management and production—believing that client engagement, a strategic vision, customer service, and responsiveness are paramount and the keys to success.   Her decades of experience in client services and engagement, meticulous attention to detail, contract negotiation, and project management skillset, integrates seamlessly into the world of real estate.  “While we may not be able to control what is happening in the world around us, we can control what we do for our clients,” said Creig Northrop.  “This ‘Care Culture’ is what led me to join Northrop Realty,” said Kimberley.  As your licensed REALTOR®, we can provide you with the right information at the right time to be able to deliver a better client experience.

When not immersed in real estate, Kimberley enjoys spending time with family and friends.  She is a huge fan of Maryland Blue Crabs and NFL Football, and finds joy in the beauty of every sunrise and sunset, the beach, spontaneous road trips, travel to any great destination, a great glass of wine, and dancing like no one is watching.
