Julie Wilson has over 17 years of experience in real estate. She has recently joined Northrop Realty located in Bethany Beach, DE. Licensed in Delaware, you can count on her professional services at the Delaware Beaches and throughout Sussex County. Having represented buyers and sellers alike, her personalized service and commitment to her clients are her recognized standards that have attributed to her success.
Born and raised in upstate NY, Julie worked at Eastman Kodak for over 25 yrs. In 2006, as Kodak was downsizing, Julie and her husband decided to move to Bethany Beach, DE to raise their young daughter and be closer to her husband's family. In need of a new career, Julie felt strongly on becoming a realtor due to her need to connect with people. She wanted to achieve a fulfilling experience for herself as well as helping clients achieve their goals through hard work, communication, follow through and good work ethic. All the skills she attributes to her long tenure at Kodak.
Julie has had the pleasure of helping others achieve their first homes, vacation homes, forever homes & investment homes since 2006. She takes pride in forging relationships that go beyond the settlement table.
In her spare time, Julie enjoys spending time with family, socializing, late afternoons at the beach and traveling.
