Jillian's real estate career began in 2000, while living in San Francisco, Jillian befriended a stockbroker and real estate entrepreneur who was flipping houses in Sacramento. While attending college, she assisted him on various housing projects, including turning single-family homes into positive cash flow rental apartments and buying foreclosures for profit resell. Jillian thoroughly enjoyed her work experience as his housing assistant because it's where she learned the analytics needed to price and sell homes properly. She also discovered the various uses of real estate and how to pursue profits. In 2007, Jillian returned to her home state of Maryland and began working as a Real Estate Assistant for a local Broker. She was in charge of the foreclosure department, working with four separate banks to resell homes in the Maryland and Northern Virginia area. Jillian learned how to detect damage in distressed properties and how to provide cost estimates to restore these homes to their original state. Since obtaining her Maryland Real Estate license in 2010, Jillian has worked diligently to sell over 100 million dollars in real estate and has helped over 500 families buy or sell a home. She is passionate about helping her clients make informed decisions so they feel comfortable and confident throughout the real estate process. She is also a Certified Military Residential Specialist, a member of the National Association of Realtors, and aligned with a Broker with more than 50 years of experience, which gives her access to the best resources in the industry Her accolades include Rookie of the Year, Best of Baltimore and has been a Top Producing Agent from 2015 to the present.
