Jazmine Espinoza is a Maryland-based real estate agent passionate about helping first-time home buyers navigate the process with confidence, clarity, and trust. Originally from Orange County, California, Jazmine has called Maryland home for the past 11 years — an experience that deeply shaped her understanding of what it means to build community and create a sense of home in a new place.
Her relocation journey gives her a unique perspective when working with buyers, especially those moving to the area or purchasing their first home. Jazmine understands firsthand how emotional and overwhelming the process can feel, and she prides herself on making real estate approachable, transparent, and people-centered every step of the way.
Before transitioning into real estate, Jazmine built a strong foundation in hospitality for 20 years, where she learned the importance of empathy, communication, and creating meaningful client experiences. Integrity remains the value she holds closest, and she believes every client deserves honest guidance and support during one of life’s biggest milestones.
Beyond real estate, Jazmine is deeply connected to the local community in Takoma Park. She enjoys spending time at local favorites like Olive Lounge, Motorkat, and Takoma Bev Co, as well as exploring the Sunday farmers market and highlighting the businesses and people that make the area feel like home. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her husband at Great Falls Park, trying new recipes, listening to motivational podcasts, and reading about historical leaders.
Jazmine is currently focused on creating educational real estate content for first-time buyers while continuing to deepen her knowledge of the Maryland market and local communities. Her long-term vision is to become a trusted go-to resource for first-time home buyers across Maryland by building a referral-based business rooted in relationships, authenticity, and lasting trust.
