Gary is a licensed realtor in both Maryland and Delaware. He began his real estate career in 2004, selling for local and national builders in Maryland. In 2009, he moved to Delaware and began working for a local builder. Having specialized in new homes for both national and local builders, Gary, learning of his parents’ quest to retire to Delaware in 2009, helped his parents in their Delaware house-hunt to assure that they got the best quality home at the best price. On-site, the local builder rep was so impressed with Gary’s eye for detail, and keen knowledge of home structure, that he was offered an immediate position with the company.

Although successfully rooted in Maryland, Gary had fallen in love with Delaware and accepted the offer. His enthusiasm and drive soon helped him to become one of the top-selling agents for that company. While working in model homes, oftentimes, customers conveyed that although the community wasn’t the right match, they still wanted to work with Gary. They knew that he sincerely cared, listened to their concerns, and took genuine interest in them. He decided to move to the resale world of real estate so that he could assist more people.

He now represents clients in both selling and buying resale homes or finding the perfect model, community, and builder for new homes. His specialties range from first-time buyers to high-end luxury homes ranging into the multi-millions. Gary joined the Northrup Group because of its professionalism, expansive geographical area (PA, MD, DC, and DE), and what they offer for their customers. Each customer receives a team of professionals that consist of coordinators, stagers, marketing department, and more to help your home stand out from competitors.
