We started by discussing what other proper????es were on the market and at what price, what improvements/changes we should make to the house, and she even made some recommendations on possible contractors that could perform the work. It took us longer than we planned to get the house on the market. When it did "hit" the market, we were able to get an offer in two days at our full asking price.
