Under and by virtue of a Writ of Execution issued out of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, in the matter of Block M Investments, LLC v. BN & BD Investment Group, LLC, et al. (Case No.: 24-C-21-002860), I have seized and taken in execution and will sell at Public Auction to the highest bidder, ALL THE RIGHT, TITLE INTEREST AND ESTATE OF SAID BN & BD Investment Group, LLC, to the lot of ground and improvements thereon situated in the City of Baltimore and generally known as 615 Linnard Street, Baltimore, MD 21229 and more particularly described in that certain Deed dated March 5, 2019 and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City at Book 20942, page 248 (the “Property”). And I hereby give notice that I will sell on the Property on

All the Right, Title, Interest & Estate of BN & BD Investment Group, LLC in the Property.
Terms: A deposit of $10,000 on the property in cash or certified funds at time and place of sale.
Balance due in 30 days after ratification by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
