Northrop Realty, A Long & Foster Company, opened an office in West Ocean City, Maryland. The office is the residential real estate brokerage’s 12th location and latest in a series of new office openings as the brokerage expands throughout the region. Located at 12911 Ocean Gateway, Suite 104, in the new Westside 50 Retail Center, Northrop Realty’s West Ocean City office covers 1,200 square feet and supports 12 real estate agents.

The new real estate office and the entire Westside 50 Retail Center is managed by Northrop Realty’s Jim Terrill, a residential and commercial real estate agent who has served the Ocean City area for 16 years. Terrill and his team represent property buyers, sellers and investors.
