We are very excited for this weekend’s Halloween Spooktacular being held this Saturday, November 3rd from 3:00pm to 7:00pm on the hallowed grounds of Burleigh Manor, 3950 White Rose Way, Ellicott City, MD 21042. We are looking forward to enjoying fun activities and fabulous weather! Please note some important details below: REGISTRATION IS STILL OPEN UNTIL 5:00PM TONIGHT! If you know of anyone interested in attending, please have them register at http://halloweenspooktacular2012.eventbrite.com.ALL ATTENDEES MUST BE ON THE GUEST LIST Please make sure that you have printed your registration tickets and bring them with you to the event to gain access. Printed registration tickets will be checked at the gate, prior to parking on the property. In addition, all tickets will also need to be scanned upon arrival at the registration tables. PARKING Parking is limited at this event, so please make sure that you adhere to the following guidelines:
All parking will be solely on the Burleigh Manor property. Parking on the street is illegal and any cars parked on White Rose Way or surrounding streets may be towed.
The parking area will open promptly at 2:30pm and will remain open until 7:00pm.
Parking Attendants will be checking printed registration tickets at the gate, prior to entering the property, so please make sure that you have yourprinted registration tickets with you.
In addition, please make sure that the number of vehicles you bring equalsthe number of vehicles that you have registered. Overflow parking is not available.
TICKETED ACTIVITIES & FOOD VENDORS Many activities including the costume contest are free. In addition to these activities though, we will also be offering ticketed activities. We will be accepting both cash and credit card (VISA & MASTERCARD only) for all ticketed activities and food vendors. Unfortunately, American Express cannot be accepted. Any and all proceeds received from this event are tax-deductible and support the Burleigh Manor Animal Sanctuary & Eco-Retreat. DRESS CODE Costumes are welcome and encouraged! Please note that this is a working farm, so proper footwear should be worn (i.e: sneakers, boots, flat shoes, etc.) We look forward to seeing you tomorrow!!
