Dave is married with 2 grown children. He has been a long time Frederick County resident and his wife was born and raised in Frederick. They are former owners of a downtown Frederick business and enjoy the special ambiance of downtown Frederick. They love animals and have owned dogs and cats. Dave and his wife, Juanita, have owned both a residence and land in Lake Linganore.
