Teresa “Teri” Marie Hunt has been in the business of helping people find their dream homes since 2004. Growing up with a realtor turned builder father, she’s always been exposed to the world of real estate. 

Initially, Teri spent 27 years in the tech industry before transitioning to real estate. This change started with her desire to move to a cozy home by the ocean and move closer to her sister. After discovering Brunswick Country, it was a done deal. She packed her bags and moved from North Virginia to North Carolina. 

With Teri, clients are sure to get a broker who’ll empower them to make wise life-changing decisions. She’s constantly attending classes and seminars to give her clients the best real estate advice and home-buying experience. Teri is also interested in natural health and exploring the world. She was an avid camper and hiker - even braving hiking trails by herself. Her former job in tech also took her to different places in the world, which is what fueled her passion for travel.
