About

Helping you achieve the dream of relocating to Oak Island, Southport, or Brunswick County.

Formerly a Spanish teacher, Mallory Caudle left her teaching profession for the real estate industry in 2014. She has tirelessly helped her clients find their dream homes and ideal commercial properties, which is what garnered her the Central Carolina Association Rookie of the Year award in 2015.

As a driven real estate professional, Mallory has sold over 100 properties to her clientele. Formerly, she used to own and be the broker-in-charge of her own firm. Even then, her goal has always been to help her clients find the perfect property whether it be commercial or residential. With Mallory, you’re sure to own property that’ll surely be an investment for your future. As a vacation homeowner on Oak Island herself, Mallory can also assist you with the ins and outs of short-term rentals in the area.

Aside from being a broker, Mallory is also an Oak Island Chamber of Commerce Representative. If Mallory isn’t busy helping clients or advocating for small businesses, you can find her hanging out with her three children on the beach or on a boat, exploring the seas as members of the Freedom Boat Club. You may even bump into her at church.

Working with Mallory guarantees a smooth real estate purchasing experience. Her background as a Spanish teacher also allows her to help Spanish speakers go through the intricacies of home-buying in a breeze.
