Brooke Austin is a residential real estate agent with The Austin Team of Northrop Realty. Having learned from her mom at an early age, Brooke understands the importance of her client's needs and working hard to achieve those needs. Brooke spent the first part of her professional career in the corporate world, where she learned the art of negotiation, listening, and standing tall for her clients. That experience, coupled with a proactive attitude and an extremely high level of dedication and care, provides a unique understanding of how to sell successfully across a wide variety of individuals. While growing up, sports were second nature to Brooke. Participating in sports taught Brooke the foundation of discipline, goals, focus, hard work, dreams, resilience, and unity. Today, Brooke's hours outside the office are spent on a paddleboard with her trusty dog, Lady, or coaching her high school basketball team.

Standing true to the real estate legacy Brooke's grandmother and mother started has been one of the most important decisions of her life. When asked why she pursued real estate, Brooke responded, "it is an honor and a pleasure to work beside my mom each day. It is one of the coolest things ever watching her in her natural element and contributing to greater success. She's an incredible mentor."
