“We were moving from California to Howard County and Nicole was our real estate agent. Having grown up in Howard she knew the area, the schools, the neighborhoods, traffic, etc very well. Also, we were shopping from California so only got to see houses by video. She did a great job of walking through the yards and the houses, showing us all the rooms, telling details about paint, floor, house condition, and even the smell test, and the "feel" of the house that we couldn't get just from video. During the crazy market she provided information so we could pick our own bids, not wanting us to overbid on something, just bidding what we wanted, never pressuring to go higher; never pushing us into a more expensive house, and always putting in the work to make the bid, and update it many times sometimes, as we annoyingly changed our minds. She was able to get an inspector onsite immediately and provide some 'tricks' to assist us. And since we were in California Nicole also adapted to our schedule often.
