Store your bikes, beach chairs, fishing poles, and crab pots in the adjoining 8 x 10 shed. Walk or ride your bike up the street to the community pool, clubhouse, playground, basketball courts, picnic tables with grills and pavilion. You can head over to the marina and pier to fish, crab, and enjoy the view of the water or store and launch your kayak or paddle-board from the marina. There is also secure yearly dry boat and jet ski storage available on site as well as seasonal marina slips available for lease. The community hosts many events, maintains all of the amenities and mows, distributes newsletters, and offers a free bike loaner program.
