Northrop Realty, A Long & Foster Company, opened an office in Columbia Town Center this week at 5570 Sterrett Place, Suite 106, across the street from The Mall in Columbia. The new office is Northrop Realty’s second Howard County location, with the first being the company’s headquarters in Clarksville.
“We’re right in the middle of the action in downtown Columbia, down the street from the lakefront and Merriweather Post Pavilion, across the street from the mall and highly accessible to Columbia residents,” said Creig Northrop, president and CEO of Northrop Realty. “Our new Columbia office is another step as we grow our footprint throughout the region.”
Northrop Realty’s director of relocation, 10 full-time real estate agents and a client care coordinator will work in the company’s 1,000-square-foot office in Columbia. Northrop Realty plans to continue to open additional offices in the future. The company recently relocated its Eastport office to a larger space in Annapolis to accommodate for growth.
In addition to Annapolis, Columbia and Clarksville, Northrop Realty has offices in Silver Spring, Sykesville and Timonium. Formerly the Creig Northrop Team of Long & Foster Real Estate, Northrop Realty became a full-service brokerage within the Long & Foster Real Estate family of companies earlier this year. The transition from real estate team to brokerage allows Northrop Realty the ability to expand its service areas in the future.
