CLARKSVILLE, Md.—Northrop Realty, A Long & Foster Company, opened an office in Frederick located at 5 Hillcrest Drive, Suite B100. The residential real estate brokerage’s new 1,000-square-foot office supports more than 15 real estate agents regularly serving Frederick County.
“While we’ve been working with Frederick County residents for years, our new Frederick office strengthens our presence in the county and establishes a base to continue providing the absolute best service to homebuyers and sellers in the area,” said Creig Northrop, president and CEO of Northrop Realty. “It’s another step in our growth throughout Maryland and beyond.”
The Frederick office is Northrop Realty’s second new office to open this year, following its Ellicott City office, which opened in March. In addition, Northrop Realty has offices in Annapolis, Clarksville, Columbia, Silver Spring, Sykesville, and Timonium.
Formerly the Creig Northrop Team of Long & Foster Real Estate, Northrop Realty became a full-service brokerage within the Long & Foster Real Estate family of companies last year. The transition from the real estate team to brokerage allows Northrop Realty to grow its service areas.
The Frederick office’s main phone number is 301-695-3343.
