A top-ranked residential property sales team in Maryland expanded to Florida by launching Northrop Realty in West Palm Beach.

The founders of the new realty firm are Maryland real estate agent Creig Northrop and his wife Carla Northrop.

He leads the Creig Northrop Team, which ranked first in a survey of residential property sales teams by REAL Trends in partnership with the Wall Street Journal.

Northrop Realty will operate in Palm Beach, Martin, Sarasota and Collier counties.

The Creig Northrop Team of Long & Foster Real Estate moved its Howard County headquarters into a 9,000-square-foot space in Clarksville Commons, a new mixed-use development along Clarksville’s retail corridor on Route 108 and celebrated with a grand-opening event Sept. 27 with an evening of wine, hors d’oeuvres and music.

The new office was officially opened with a ribbon-cutting performed by the Howard County Chamber of Commerce. The team’s new offices, at 12230 Clarksville Pike, Suite A, opened for business Sept. 22.

The Creig Northrop Team of Long & Foster Real Estate will now be providing high-resolution photography and interactive 3D and virtual reality experiences using Matterport’s latest Pro2 3D cameras. The earlier generation of the Matterport Pro 3D cameras captured 3D and VR experiences, but did not include the new 134-megapixel high-res images. COCKEYSVILLE, Md.—A two-story, eight-bedroom country mansion, which pre-dates the Civil War, is for sale in Cockeysville for $1 million with the Creig Northrop Team of Long & Foster Real Estate.
