Pat Komiske was born and raised in Maryland; growing up in Montgomery County, moving to Anne Arundel County, and finally settling in Carroll County where he and his family have resided since 1999. He is a true representation of a local and has lived in Sykesville (Carroll County) for over 20 years—giving him comprehensive knowledge and true “insider” status of many of the neighborhoods he serves. Pat has been a part of the Northrop Family since 2006 joining the Creig Northrop Team, which grew in February 2018 to become Northrop Realty, A Long & Foster Company and full-service brokerage. Pat has been with the Northrop family for over 12 years, and stands true to his fundamental principle, “I don’t sell homes—I sell the process of buying and selling homes.” Pat enjoys working with all types of personalities, connecting distinguished neighborhoods with award-winning homes to lifetime Marylander's and those experiencing our great State for the first time. In addition to real estate, Pat enjoys spending time with his family, running, hiking, kayaking, and watching movies.
"Our home had been on the market for over a year without selling and we decided to change to Pat. He and his team got right to work to market our home properly and within a few weeks, we got an offer. Very professional."
"Pat helped me buy one house and sell two houses now. When it came time to sell the current house there was no question about who to choose as a realtor. He is very knowledgeable about the area and best of all realistic about expectations. He is positive but does not sugar coat. Because of his guidance on timing, pricing, staging, and maintenance, my last house sold after 4 days on the market, with 8 offers on the table and we settled above asking price. Highly recommend."
