In addition to her expertise, Lisa's Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation gives her an advantage when dealing with short sales both on the buyer and seller side. She has helped and guided many folks undergoing financial hardship in selling their homes and has represented numerous buyers through the purchase process.

In addition to being a mother of 3, an active community volunteer, and having a Master's Degree, she is also married to a Certified Real Estate Appraiser who has been appraising residential real estate for close to 20 years.
