Jill's real estate career began in 1998, working for her mother during the summer months in Cape May, New Jersey. Jill's mother owned a property management company in Cape May that serviced rental and private homes. Jill's duty was to provide a seamless transition to people on vacation, which taught her the value of providing excellent customer service through being detail-oriented and organized.
Another work opportunity allowed her to move to Northern California in the year 2000. While living in San Francisco, Jill befriended a stockbroker and real estate entrepreneur who was flipping houses in Sacramento. While attending college, she assisted him on various projects, including turning single-family homes into positive cash flow rental apartments and buying foreclosures for profit resell. Jill thoroughly enjoyed her work experience as his housing assistant because it's where she learned the analytics needed to price and sell homes properly. She also discovered the various uses of real estate and how to pursue profits.
After college, Jill worked as a mortgage loan officer. She serviced home loans across the United States for purchase and refinance. This job opportunity offered her an understanding of the pre-approval and underwriting process. She learned how to assess credit and provide financial solutions to her clientele.
In 2007, Jill returned to her home state of Maryland and began working as a Real Estate Assistant for a local Broker. She was in charge of the foreclosure department, working with four separate banks to resell homes in the Maryland and Northern Virginia area. Jill learned how to detect damage in distressed properties and how to provide cost estimates to restore these homes to their original state.
Since obtaining her Maryland Real Estate license in 2010, Jill has worked diligently to sell over 100 million dollars in real estate and has helped over 500 families buy or sell a home. Her accolades include Rookie of the Year and Top Producing Agent from 2015 to present.
