"Jay helped us to sell our home. He guided us through the process and negotiated two offers. This included several offers which we eventually rejected. Because this was an older home we had a rather extensive list of repairs. Jay was able to negotiate with prospective buyers to establish a realistic list of demands. Ultimately we were able to sell the house at near the price that we were looking for."
"He has helped us buy two homes and sell one. He is literally the best in the business. Very responsive to calls, texts, and emails. He will give you honest opinions on homes when you need help. He got us a low price when buying and a high price while selling. He was also great with negotiating terms for repairs, etc. He had great resources for inspectors, and other companies you may need in the process. I recommend him for everyone!"
