Jamie’s enthusiasm for real estate is highlighted through his experience in fields that have built a platform of strength, unique to the market. Before pursuing real estate, Jamie worked in photography, counseling and the construction industry. As a result of these professions, Jamie brings a refreshingly insightful perspective to his clients.
“I’m able to spot various inspection issues before they may become a problem, provide clear and consistent communication throughout the purchase or sale of your home, and use my knowledge in photography to ensure your home is marketed in the best light. Prior to achieving my goal of being a licensed realtor, I was a full-time crisis intervention counselor for close to 8 years. That type of work has enabled me to be both an active and effective listener,” says Jamie.
The most important aspect of being a realtor is to be able to listen effectively. “Helping people make positive and emotional financial changes in their lives is why I’ve made real estate my career,” Jamie states. The ability to intentionally reflect thoughts, ideas, and instructions are critical to any business transaction, especially your real estate transaction.
