Ivy Purcell is a Home Marketing Consultant, who assists clients with improving the marketability of their home through staging. She finds the creative aspect of staging to be the most rewarding part of her job, and values the positive feedback received from clients after they see the results gained from Northrop Realty's home marketing process. Ivy says that her proudest moments occur when she can see the culmination of home marketing materials depicting the hard work and effort invested in a client's home. Ivy received a Bachelors of Arts in Film Studies with a minor in Psychology from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington. It was during her film courses that she found a piqued interest in the aesthetic and design elements of the films themselves. When not at work, her home serves as a canvas, and she is always in search of unique décor pieces, or engaging in home projects. Ivy also enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her husband and family.
