About

Tom is a Maryland & Delaware licensed REALTOR®, who has lived on the Eastern Shore since 2005. After graduating from Salisbury University, he began working in advertising, product design, and digital marketing. After five years of learning the ropes in a mid-size company, he left in sight of better opportunity selling real estate with Long & Foster. His success came quickly, earning him Rookie of the Year for his office in 2015, then Rookie of the Year for the entire region of Long & Foster in 2016. The following year, Tom earned Overall Top Producer in the office of over 50 agents and became a member of the Long & Foster Gold Team for the first time. Carrying that momentum into 2018, he became licensed to sell in Delaware and soon after launched Adventure Group of Long & Foster. Adventure Group was a sales team founded on dynamic systems and advanced marketing tactics to offer the best possible customer experience. The Team focused on selling waterfront and coastal properties, land & farms, and single-family residential. After selling the highest volume of all Teams in the Salisbury profit center, Tom began looking for new areas of growth in the business. Tom connected with Creig Northrop, CEO of Northrop Realty, a Long & Foster Company in early 2019, looking to "Level Up" as they say at Northrop Realty. After meeting with Creig and learning about the amazing systems, coaching, and care Northrop Realty provides their agents and clients, a plan was developed for the Team to become part of the few founding associates at Northrop Realty's Fenwick Island office. This allowed Tom to offer a fresh brand with similar principles, and Bayshore Group of Northrop Realty was born. Bayshore Group covers a large geographical area: from Queen Annes County; east to Lewes, DE; south to Berlin, MD; west to Western Wicomico county, with several pocket markets of higher expertise. Tom's professional success would not have been possible without the help and continued support of his wife, Tara, a licensed Realtor and strategic partner who has been by his side since day one.
