Born and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland, Tommy Steele has spent much of his adult life living, working, and building lasting connections throughout the Eastern Shore. A graduate of Salisbury University, Tommy has built his career across the Eastern Shore, Washington, D.C., and Annapolis before ultimately making Coastal Delaware home.

Before entering real estate, Tommy owned and managed businesses in the hospitality industry, where he developed a strong foundation in customer service, communication, operations, and attention to detail. As a vacation rental owner himself, Tommy understands that purchasing a property is more than a financial decision. Whether it is a primary residence, second home, investment property, or coastal retreat, real estate often plays an important role in a client’s lifestyle, family, and long-term goals.

As a certified Project Management Professional, Tommy brings a thoughtful, organized, and solutions-focused approach to every transaction. He helps clients navigate the buying and selling process with careful planning, clear communication, and steady guidance from start to finish.
