Originally from Atlanta GA, Shea grew up in beautiful Western North Carolina. She accidentally found Southport NC when she took the Fort Fisher Ferry in 2015. Within weeks, she moved to beautiful Southport and managed a restaurant on Bald Head Island.

Shea Williams moved to Western NC in 2017 for personal reasons but always knew she would return to Southport and Southeast North Carolina, a place she has always loved. Now she lives on the Intracoastal Waterway in Holden Beach, and it's the best life she could've ever asked for.

Shea has been serving as a licensed real estate agent for 4 years. On the other hand, her 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry has helped her gain confidence and excel in customer service, which gives her an advantage as a competitive marketer.
