With 17 years in the real estate industry, Pat Phillips brings a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set to helping clients find their dream homes. Growing up in Akron, Ohio, she developed a strong work ethic and a passion for community service that has remained constant throughout her career.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Pat served as a professional firefighter and paramedic, which instilled in her a commitment to providing 911-level care and focus to her clients. Her artistic talents, honed through a BFA in Fine Arts focusing on drawing and her experience as an illustrator and garden designer, allow her to visualize and deliver exceptional results.

Combining her love for helping people with extensive real estate market knowledge, Pat is dedicated to providing personalized service. Outside of real estate, she enjoys hiking, fitness, photography, and gardening, reflecting her appreciation for the outdoors and a healthy lifestyle.

Pat's commitment to public service is unwavering. As a voter protection volunteer since 2004 and a CPR/first aid instructor, she demonstrates ongoing dedication to her community.
