What My Clients Are Saying

“Very prompt and responsive with active communication throughout the sales of my home. He proactively pursued the plan of actions to tackle the challenges. Our family sincerely enjoyed his service and will recommend him to others.”

“Nigel was professional but always friendly and always available to answer questions, show us homes even last minute. He never complained or showed weariness even after looking for as long as we did. We sold our home after one open house as well! Highly recommend working with Nigel!”

“Nigel needs to communicate better. He relies more on technology rather than verbal communication. The first thing is that he didn’t price our home at a good price. We decided to lower the price and still the offer on the house was $25K lower. So $50K lower than original listed price. We had $700 one year home warranty written in the contract. After the home was dropped so drastically. Nigel should have offered to rewrite that the contract to take out that fee. Nigel never reminded us of that fee and at settlement that fee was deducted from our settled profit. He was supposed to to tell us about it again and he did not. Another time was when a pest inspection was scheduled less than 24 hours. He should have given more time so that the house was prepared. Also we had to pay for it!It felt like we were being taken advantage of financially and we had no one preventing this from happening. Nigel did not take an interest in making sure we were getting the optimal deals. He shys away from making those types of deals and he’d rather let things work out on its own. In the future, Nigel should really understand how his clients would like to conduct business. He was just a poor communicator. We never knew how things were going unless we called him first. He could of worked on our behalf much better.”

“Thanks for being so responsive throughout the entire process of selling my home! You have gone above and beyond expectations of an agent. Thank you Nigel!”

“Nigel was key in the process of the sale. May issues came up because of the covid situation, but he was always on top of things, and finding solutions. He is very personable, responds immediately to calls and emails, diligent and thorough in the procedures. Keeps your mind at rest during complications that might rise up.”

“Nigel was very responsive and available even though we asked to see many listings before making our choice. He helped us through the process of first time home-buying and even checked in with us after the process was all said and done.”

“Nigel was an awesome realtor. He responds quickly and was always able to help with what ever we needed. He was quick with finding and showing us homes that met all our criteria. We would definitely reccomend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable realtor”

“It only took two evenings of touring houses with Nigel for my husband and I to find one we liked enough to put an offer in on - and got it! Nigel was always easy to reach and had no problem keeping us in the loop. Between us being very clear about what we were looking for (must haves were a basement and a driveway, for instance) and him being receptive of that, we narrowed the list of possibilities to something more manageable and realistic. We asked lots of questions along the way which he had no problem answering. He was polite in all our dealings, professional, and incredibly punctual. Very personable also! He never pushed us into anything; we were the first to say we were ready to put an offer in on a property. It was a pleasure working with him.”

“Nigel was an awesome Realator. He listened to all my needs and everything I wanted in a house and made sure he implemented that in the showings. With me being a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and he was able to answer them with the up most honesty and professionalism. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone that’s looking to buy property.”
