As Director of Talent Acquisition, Melissa oversees various operations of the brokerage and leadership functions, including serving as Northrop Realty's GPS. She has over 16 years of collective real estate experience, holding numerous roles, including operations, REO, management, and Sales.
Melissa works closely with sales agents, sales teams, and employees to build and support the growth and expansion of the brokerage.
As an effective and knowledgeable leader, Melissa is committed to ensuring every employee and agent is provided with the support they need to succeed in their various roles.
Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband, friends, family, and two dogs outside of work. In addition, she loves cooking, gardening, traveling, and Humanitarian efforts focusing on Human Trafficking and Mission Trips.
