Matt Woodrow, a former first responder for over 14 years, is now a real estate agent with a passion for assisting people in achieving their family home ownership goals. Matt is also a father figure who enjoys working on cars, going to the beach, and spending time with his amazing wife and two lovely children.
He was born and raised in Charlotte and moved to Oak Island in 2022 after spending 10 years vacationing there. With his growing familiarity and connections, finding properties in these areas is his expertise.
Matt is the type of agent who sees every client as his family, so he’s committed to making sure the buying or selling experience goes smoothly for them.
Matt does this by connecting buyers to sellers and helping them find their desired property may it be for personal enjoyment or investment purposes. He also assures being there for you every step of the way, from showing you around potential homes to evaluating offers from competing agents.
