She is extremely resourceful, communicative and quickly responds to any and all questions and requests. When she didn't have an answer for us she was transparent about it, would quickly follow up with whomever was needed and turned around a response record speed. We were never left waiting and wondering at any given moment throughout the entire process. Kim went above and beyond to keep the process moving forward and managed to do it all with a smile! We feel fortunate and blessed to have found Kim and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking property in the area. We consider Kim a friend now. She is a wealth of information and remains in touch to make sure everything is to our expectation and to offer her assistance as needed as we acclimate to the local area.
