About
As Director of Finance and Accounting, Kevin is responsible for planning and executing the financial strategy of the Brokerage. He graduated from Philadelphia University (now Thomas Jefferson University) with a B.S. in Accounting and obtained his CPA license in the years following while working in Public Accounting.
Prior to joining Northrop Realty, Kevin held high-level Finance positions in the Hospitality industry as CFO of DavCo Restaurants, a former Wendy’s franchisee with 150+ locations in MD, DC, and Northern VA; the Healthcare industry as Controller of Anne Arundel Dermatology, a regional practice with 60+ locations and 155+ providers in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast; and the Professional Services industry as VP, Finance of Sandler Training, an international sales development and training organization with multiple Fortune 500 clients. Kevin also sits on the Board of Directors of Archbishop Spalding High School, where he serves as the Finance Committee Chair.
Kevin resides in Millersville with his wife, Rachel, and their three children, Micah, Eli, and Henny.
