Kathy Woehr is a dedicated real estate professional who has been working in the real estate industry for over 15 years. With an extensive background in new construction, she has been expertly guiding clients to their dream homes throughout the Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland regions. She is also an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), equipping her with knowledge on how to best meet the unique needs of her clients. Kathy has lived and worked in the tri-state area for 20 years, arming her with a knowledge base of each neighborhood and community. Her continued success has garnered her a strong reputation built on trust and respect.
