Jocelyn Eppensteiner joins Northrop Realty with an extensive background in Operations and Administration. A proud graduate of Dickinson College and recent MBA recipient, she brings expertise in people management, strategic planning, project execution, and change management. Known for her passion for building efficient systems and strong teams, Jocelyn has dedicated her career to strengthening organizations through clarity, collaboration, and process excellence.
Guided by the influence of outstanding mentors throughout her journey, Jocelyn believes deeply in the power of mentorship and coaching as cornerstones of leadership. She is committed to fostering environments where individuals can grow, contribute, and reach their full potential.
Originally from northeastern Pennsylvania, Jocelyn is the youngest of five daughters and has made Baltimore her home, where she proudly cheers on the Orioles and Ravens. Outside of work, she takes great pride in raising her two children. Together with their Great Dane, Marge, they enjoy life in Catonsville, MD. Jocelyn finds joy in spending time with family and friends, staying active, and traveling whenever possible.
