The Williamsons' Family Real Estate Legacy began in the late 1950's where Gary's eldest Uncle, Hezekiah Williamson was the first family member to start in Real Estate. His Uncle Hezekiah was a prominent Real Estate Broker, Owner/Operator under the name of H. Williamson & Associates in Baltimore Maryland and surrounding areas. Additionally, Gary's Uncle was a well known Licensed Appraiser, under the same company name, throughout the state of Maryland. H. Williamson & Associates accomplished 50 years in the real estate business. After only a few years in this business, Gary's Uncle Hezekiah encouraged his (Gary's) Dad, Moses Williamson, to get into the real estate business.

In 1962, his Dad obtained his real estate license and began his lengthy career, which lasted 40 years. In 1970, Gary's Dad also became a prominent Real Estate Broker, Owner/Operator of M. Williamson Realty Co. in Baltimore, Maryland and the surrounding areas.

In the early 80's Gary's youngest Uncle Harold went into the Real Estate business and he too became a Real Estate Broker, Owner/Operator of Harbett Realty in Baltimore Maryland and the surrounding areas. Gary's Uncle Harold created his company's name by using he and his Uncle's wife first names of Harold & Betty. Gary's late Dad and late Uncles were all brothers and had a close-knit brotherhood to support and encourage one another to be successful in the Real Estate business. In 1987, Gary's late older brother (Anthony) became a Licensed Real Estate Agent under his Dad's Family Real Estate Brokerage Firm. In the mid to late 1990's, Gary would also begin his career with their father, in the Family Real Estate Brokerage Firm. 

The Williamson Family had a strong desire to become one of only a few African American & Minority Entrepreneur Real Estate Brokers, Owners/Operators in the Baltimore area.
