Just prior to returning to Baltimore to begin his next chapter as a Northrop Realty agent, David attended a closing with a client-purchaser of a property in a desirable neighborhood with low turnover. At the conclusion of that transaction, the buyer observed that David “really read the room right” in his real-time negotiation of price adjustments that resulted in the client’s avoidance of New York City’s “mansion tax.” David’s successful history of representing discerning buyers and sellers of condominium units, cooperative apartments, single-family homes, and townhouses has won him a loyal client base.
David resides with his wife, Jennifer, who serves as Chief Development Officer of the Baltimore Humane Society, his stepson, Isaac (a Wesleyan University senior), and a small menagerie of indulged pets. In his spare time, David enjoys spending time with his mother, a long-time resident of the Village of Cross Keys, and reconnecting with old friends and making new ones. Seasonally, David strives to improve his golf handicap and consume a lot of crabs.
