About
Candis's Real Estate legacy began in the late 1950's as well where her Grandparents, Clyde & Mary Richardson purchased their first home in the Spring of 1954 in Baltimore City. Candis's Grandparents sold their home from their 1954 purchase, and moved again in 1963 to another home in Baltimore City. Candis's Grandparents sold that home from their 1963 purchase in Baltimore City and moved again in 1993 to purchase a new home in Baltimore County. Candis's Grandpa Clyde, always taught his Family the importance of building generational wealth. Grandpa Clyde also taught his family to sell when the housing market was at its peak, in order to gain as much equity as possible. Candis's Grandma Mary always taught the importance of saving money. On each Real Estate purchase and sale, Candis's Grandparents demonstrated the importance of generational wealth and how it could be used to further one's college education, and also become entrepreneurs. All of Candis's Grandparents Real Estate sales were able to be a blessing to their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Candis's Grandparents made a profit on every home that they sold, and were able to bless their generations after them with so many opportunities. Candis gives the highest of praises to all that she was taught by her Grandparents, who are now 93 and 96 years old. Candis made her first home purchase at 23 years old, and knows the importance of teaching the younger generation as she was taught by her Grandparents. Candis's Grandparents were influential in Candis obtaining her North Carolina real estate license in 2007, while Candis was in Charlotte, North Carolina after college to start her Real Estate journey. Candis then came back to her hometown of Baltimore, Maryland, and received her Maryland Real Estate license in February 2010 to serve her community.
Candis worked hard over the years to show her community hard work, dedication and commitment. Candis worked 5 years with Non-Profit organizations, including Diversified Housing Development where she spoke to more than 50 home buyers on a quarterly basis, about the importance of home ownership in Baltimore County. Candis also worked with some Baltimore City Affiliates, like Harbel Housing on the importance of home-ownership in Baltimore and the surrounding areas. Candis formed her own Real Estate Team in 2020 through 2022 where she was the Owner/Operator and Team Lead within her Broker's Real Estate firm. She was able to teach new agents the importance of professionalism, getting new business, cold calling, creating and touching new existing leads, teaching Real Estate Contracts for Listings and Purchases.
