Hey there! I’m Ava, a Delaware native who’s lived all over the state—from Middletown and Newark to Wilmington and now the beaches. That means I know Delaware like the back of my hand, and I love helping people find the perfect place to call home, whether it’s a coastal escape, a charming suburban spot, or a city vibe.

My love for homes started early (I’ve always been obsessed with interior design and architecture), and now I get to turn that passion into a career. I thrive on helping people find a space where they can truly live—a home that feels right, reflects their style, and gives them that "this is it!" feeling.

Outside of real estate, you’ll probably find me at the beach (year-round, because why not?), exploring cute neighborhoods, or hunting for vintage treasures—whether it’s a unique handbag or the perfect piece of home décor. I believe home is more than just a place—it’s a feeling—and I bring that mindset into every client relationship.
