I can't say that about some of the other Realtors we have worked with. She was very helpful with suggestions to help us be competitive while also keeping us in our monetary budget. She has extensive knowledge about market fluctuations and the areas we explored (Catonsville, Columbia, Elkridge, Ellicott City, and Sykesville). She was also very patient with us asking her a hundred questions every day and always responded quickly. She kept us updated on everything so we were never in the dark about what was going on. She kept us motivated when we were starting to feel defeated. She even kept us in mind when she saw houses she thought we would we like and she was right, that demonstrated to us that she really understood what we we wanted in a house. Lastly, but amazing and above and beyond, she put in the work to make sure we submitted our offers quickly. This was extremely important given how competitive the market was/is. This included her submitting our offer on a Saturday evening while she was out of town, her only weekend she was going to be out of town for the entire summer. We thought we would wait until Monday to allow her to enjoy her weekend away, but she was worried we wouldn't have a chance if we didn't get our offer in sooner rather than later. She was right, we got the house because of her suggestion to not wait and her willingness to do the work on her trip! We love the house and we are so excited to have our new home! We highly recommend Ally and we hope to work with her again! We will be looking her up when we decide to sell our new house and buy our retirement house!”
