CLARKSVILLE, Md.—The Creig Northrop Team of Long & Foster Real Estate will offer up to 15 complimentary hours of move management services to seniors moving to an active adult community, retirement community or assisted-living community when they list their current homes with the Northrop Team.

The move management services—including sorting and organizing belongings as well as packing and loading boxes—are offered through the Northrop Team’s Senior Living Division, which specializes in helping seniors sell their homes and transition into living arrangements more suitable for their needs.
