Kippy has been in the real estate industry for over 23 years, starting on the sales side working a great deal in residential and commercial transactions. She is an Accredited Staging Professional, a licensed REALTOR, and also has a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, with a concentration in Pharmacy Practice. As much as Kippy loves healthcare, real estate has always been her passion and keeps her adrenaline pumping. Before real estate, Kippy was a flight attendant and flight attendant instructor with Ryan International Airlines for seven years and enjoyed traveling the world during that time. As Home Marketing Supervisor with Northrop Realty, Kippy has had the opportunity to learn from the best, most competitive agents in the business. In her role, Kippy assists sellers by providing guidance and recommendations while offering skill and expertise in presenting their properties in the best possible light to receive the highest offer. Her favorite part about her position is seeing the end-result and assisting in the process of getting properties SOLD. When not assisting sellers and overseeing the Home Marketing department, Kippy greatly enjoys spending time with her two daughters, exploring new places, and living each day to the very best.
