In her role as a Home Marketing Consultant, Erin helps sellers prepare their home for going on the market by staging and creating brochures and virtual tours. Before joining Northrop Realty, Erin spent over 24 years working as a fashion model in Milan, Italy. Through that work, she was fortunate enough to travel and live all over the world including England, France, Australia, South Africa, Argentina, Israel, Germany, and Japan, to name a few. Aside from modeling, Erin also spent a decade moonlighting as an international D.J., holding residency in various venues. While living and working in the design capital of the world (Italy), and experiencing their yearly International "Salone del Mobile" or "Design Week," she was inspired to create a website and blog that introduced and sold some of the incredible designs she was being exposed to. During that time, Erin also took an appraisers course in Milan at Lombardo College before returning to the United States. Although she intended to settle in L.A. once she moved back to the U.S., Erin met her husband and remained in Maryland, where she is originally from. Through her husband, Erin met Jan Schaefer, who introduced her to the world of real estate. Erin began working with Jan as an Administrative Assistant and licensed agent. It was supposed to be a one month trial that turned into a five-year partnership. The pair decided to move to Northrop Realty in 2018. Whether focused on fashion or real estate, Erin has always been an advocate for the welfare of animals by volunteering, donating, and saving as many lives as possible. Working towards the ethical treatment for animals worldwide is by far her greatest passion.
